For customers with COVID-19 symptoms, it is best to have your test immediately. For cases such as this, we highly recommend availing of our home service facility to lessen exposure to others as well as securing that everyone within your household or place of business gets tested.

For customers who are looking to present the COVID-19 test as part of pre-employment procedure, please check with you respective employer the test result validity required in order for you to schedule the test closest to their requirement.

For customers who are intending to travel, the validity of the test result varies across destinations and airlines. Refer to the COVID-19 Travel Advisory of your desired travel destination and the requirements of your chosen airline.

The average waiting time for our Regular RT-PCR test is between 48 to 72 hours

STAT RT-PCR Test
The average waiting time for our STAT RT-PCR test is between 12 to 24 hours.

While our online facility accepts pre-booked appointments for COVID-19 testing, we still accept on-the-day drive-thru or walk-in customers. Those who appears without pre-booked appointments will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We are open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Mondays to Sundays.

Passengers arriving in Manila are required to undergo a swab test upon arrival. OFWs have the option to get tested by the Red Cross for free, while Non-OFWs have to get tested at a private testing center.

We have swabbing stations located in the International Arrival Area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, while PAL operates the swabbing booth in Terminal 2. We transport the specimen to our laboratory located in Domestic Road, Pasay City for RT-PCR testing.

Arriving Passengers are required to stay at a Quarantine Hotel while waiting for their results. On average, passengers can receive their 48 to 72 hours after swabbing via email.

We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit card, and Cash upon arrival at the testing facility for online transactions. While we accept cash in US Dollars (US$) or Philippine Peso (PhP), credit cards, and debit cards for Drive-Thru and Walk-In clients.

Test results are sent to your nominated email address. Make sure you have access to the email you will be providing us.
